Pick-ups are expected on the Pick-Up Date(s) of Thursday, April 7th (Noon - 5pm) & Friday April 8th (9am - Noon). No exceptions. This event is being conducted in a privately owned commercial building; therefore, we have limited time to the property. In the event you have contacted Home to Sweet Home and a later pick-up is approved, your payment is still due during the initial removal time. There will be a late removal fee of $25.00.
Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. There are NO Refunds, No Returns. Auction Inspection Date of Friday April 1st (3-5pm) and location are provided under auction details. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase as they have not been tested. We do our best to make sure all parts are included; however, we are not educated on all products; therefore, cannot accept responsible if something is missing.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Please review the pick-up schedule before bidding. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and day(s). At the close of the removal, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs and all remaining lots (paid or unpaid) will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper help and equipment you will need for removal. There are heavy items in this Auction and though there is a ramp please make sure to bring straps, tools, dollies, and assistance to carry your items. Auction staff are unable to assist in moving or loading items. No packing material, including boxes, are provided. Please come prepared. Thank you!

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We generally do not offer shipping. Please call before bidding if you'd like to discuss an exception for a particular lot/item of interest. IF shipping is approved, bidder/buyer will pay all shipping costs PLUS a $10.00 handling fee per lot. Shipping may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Online payments are happily accepted. However, if you need shipping, please contact us first at 651-351-0038 to see if shipping to your location is available and to arrange for separate invoicing for shipping and handling prior to the item being shipped.
