This auction is not our normal location, it is in Eden Prairie. PICKUP WILL BE ONE DAY ONLY, NO SHIPPING. The house is going on the market the day after pickup. There is alot of sporting goods, including golf, hockey, water and snow skiing, baseball, basketball, soccer, skateboards, camping and even a 14 ft trampoline. Nice furniture, bedroom set, a great condition victrola and flip down top writing desk. Outdoor benches and firepits, turkey roasters, coolers, shop vacs, air compressor and pressure washer. Ladders. Tools, weed whips, propane grills.

We will help you load larger items, however you should bring help also if purchasing large items. STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available on this auction.
