"This boat was purchased from a man near New Ulm, MN in the spring of 2021. Both the boat and the trailer have up-to-date legal titles and docs and are being sold “as-is."
The boat was last in the water during September 2021. It has a clean title and registration that expires in 2023. The engine is a V8 351 Windsor/PleasureCraft, with about 800 hrs. During spring of 2021 a new battery was purchased, a new starter motor, and new spark plugs were placed. Engine blower fans were installed. Belts for the water pump and engine were replaced. A new brass propeller was also installed.
During spring of 2021, the flooring deck was replaced and upgraded. No evidence of stringer rot was found. The stringers around the engine mounts are particularly solid. New carpet and upholstery was installed. This boat has good bones for its age.
The trailer has also been upgraded and titled as well. New tires were added spring of 2021. New fenders, a new winch rope, and new tongue hitch were installed along with new lights.
ATTENTION: This boat will need to be “de-winterized” before it is ready to go. Ex. hook up water intake tubes, check spark plugs, exhaust manifold and engine drain plug need to be screwed, and reconnect the battery. Maybe have a mechanic change the engine oil and transmission fluid. I have not had the engine running since last September."
Inspections are welcome any time we are in the warehouse. If you are coming, please call ahead. We'll be in and out of the warehouse shooting upcoming auctions and we'd hate for you to have a wasted trip!

Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used vehicles, any vehicle sold on auction by NPS Auctions may come with typical used vehicle issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.
If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the NPS Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Loadout
Pickup times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.
If you have already paid for your items and cannot pick them up, please call us to arrange for storage. Storage is $10 per day, per lot and payable in CASH ONLY at the time of pickup (limit 5 business days). Other charges will apply if we need to bring your items to our warehouse for storage. If we do not hear from you by the end of the load out, we will consider them abandoned with no refund. Do not call to see if you can pick up after the load out dates and assume your items are still in our possession. Our fantastic sellers promptly pick up their unsold items right away.
Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during pickup times. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, NPS Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. All buyers will be required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to removal of your items.
Failure to load your items by the end of the auction pickup time will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.
It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances. Holding your items for you is an option, but you will be charged $10 per day, per lot (payable in CASH ONLY) for every day they are left in our possession. Limit 5 Business Days.

Invoices are printed the morning after the auction ends. Double check with us if you need your items shipped to a different address other than the one on the invoice the morning after the auction. NPS Auctions cannot be held resopnsible for incorrect shipping addresses on invoices or items that are stolen after being delivered. Once they have left our facility, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of others.

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
