LOT 1 IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 8TH BETWEEN 10-4PM
Due to the size of this auction and the low number of square footage in the store, we will be limiting the number of customers inside the store at one time.
We have scheduled two days for pickups to better accommodate the influx of customer pickups at any one time. Please be prepared to wait if you arrive during a busy period.
This commercial building is 3-levels and many items are located on the second floor and in the basement. Come prepared to move items up or down a flight of stairs for removal. Nordeast employees are not able to assist in any way.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and promise to move through the customer pickups as efficiently as possible.
PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK THEM UP ON THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DATE & TIME.
IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED, THE SHIPPING FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR OR BY 5PM OF REMOVAL DATES.
*For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY HELP TO LIFT OR HAUL THESE ITEMS. IF HELP IS WANTED FROM STAFF, THERE WILL BE A REMOVAL FEE.
*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
Due to the size of this auction we may be calling winning bidders who have won a large amount of lots, to set up an appointment for removal.

**Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
**Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned
Auctioneer, NORDEAST RESALE, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.
We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! They charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship plus the actual shipping cost. They charge for labor, packing material and shipping. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight. We will do our best to get your items to the shipping company as soon as possible based on business.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
