C12PNC is a powerful subwoofer designed for medium SPL applications in lounges and cafes. Designed as a pouffe, the LoungeSub is as much a piece of furniture as it is a subwoofer and blends discreetly into modern venue designs. The long excursion 12” woofer has a carbon fiber reinforced cone, which offers strong output and excellent reliability.
The 75 mm voice coil employs a high-strength fiberglass former that carries windings on both the outer and inner surfaces. The result is a balanced coil with uniform motive drive and low distortion. Cooling channels in the chassis ensure low power compression.
The upholstered cabinet is covered in fire retardant nappa leather. Speaker cables are discreetly connected through the cabinet bottom and up behind the grille, which is removable without the use of tools. Mounting holes behind the grille allows the cabinet to be screwed into the floor. C12 PNC is also available in black paint.

Late removals should not be expected. A $25 trip charge per item will be charged to schedule late removals. We cannot accommodate special dates and times for pick ups. The removal schedule is set for a specific date and time for a reason. Please review the removal schedule and make sure you are available on those dates/times. Thank you.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees.
We can ship FedEx. Please contact us for shipping details. We charge $15 for Package & Handling per Lot +SHIPPING FEES(This rate can change depending on quantity of items in lot) We may combine lot's.
