Stensrud Aviation has been a staple in Southern Minnesota's aviation community over the last 30+ years. These auctions feature all the tools and equipment accumulated by Maynard over the years. From name brand tools to basic shop supplies, aviation parts to trailers, we've been honored to work with the Stensrud family and their friends in bringing these items to the auction block. His legacy lives on through the use of the resources he possessed that helped him to serve his community, friends, and family.

The assets will be sold over 4 Auctions on the following schedule:
Phase I - Ends August 15, 2022 at 7:00 PM – Aviation Equipment, Engines, Fluids, Parts, Tools, and MORE!
Phase II - Ends August 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM – Ford Vans, Semi Trailer, Shop Equipment, 1000 Gallon Fuel Tank, Pallet Racking, Shelving, Tools (Snap-On & MAC Tools), Hardware and MORE!
Phase III - Ends August 17, 2022 at 6:30 PM – 1979 Space Invaders II Arcade Game, Assorted Safes, Vintage Vending Machines, Vintage Scales, and MORE!
Phase IV - Ends August 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM – Tools (Snap-On, MAC, Milwaukee, DeWalt), Lumber, Shop Equipment, Electric Motors, Radiator Dunk Tank, and MORE!
Inspection for all Auctions will be:

Bidding
Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used vehicles, any vehicle sold on auction by NPS Auctions may come with typical used vehicle issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.
If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the NPS Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Loadout
Loadout times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.
Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. A forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, NPS Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.
Failure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.
It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the loadout date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.
Shipping
Shipping is available on items as indicated. Look for more information under the Shipping Tab.
Invoices are printed the morning after the auction ends. Double check with us if you need your items shipped to a different address other than the one on the invoice the morning after the auction. NPS Auctions cannot be held resopnsible for incorrect shipping addresses on invoices or items that are stolen after being delivered. Once they have left our facility, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of others.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on items as indicated.
We use a third party shipping company to ship all of our auction items. To expedite the shipping process, simply pay your invoice online and e-mail or text us your bidder number and tell us you'd like shipping.
We will drop off your items at Safe Ship in Mankato and they will contact you for shipping payment.
If payment for shipping is not secured within two business days after Safe Ship contacts you, the items will be considered abandoned and you will not be refunded.
