Heavy-gauge steel and “wrap-around” cabinet construction is used in the cabinet. The heat exchanger section of the cabinet is completely lined with fiberglass insulation. This results in quiet and efficient operation due to the excellent acoustical and insulating qualities of fiberglass.
The Trane XR80’s heavy steel insulated cabinet has two benefits:
Because of its heavy steel insulated cabinet, the XR80 can experience as little as 1% of air leakage. This helps the XR80 conserve more of the heat it produces.
And while a quiet furnace isn’t a top priority for everyone, it certainly can be a perk. Between its insulated cabinet and its four-speed blower, the XR80 can cut down on the noise it makes while it’s running.
Its durable, cycle-tested, heavy-gauge aluminized steel heat exchanger quickly transfers heat to provide warm, conditioned air.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We can try to help with shipping of reasonably size items. General box size is 24"x24"x24" or average size moving box. Things we can't help with shipping are: Roll of carpet or rugs, Couches or like type furniture, Bedroom set, Engines or Motors, Vehicles or Trailers. Please let Brian (763-347-1717) know by the day of the removal at least an hour before the end of the day. Sometimes we are only on site for the removal day or days and don't normally have access after those times. Shipping can sometimes take a week or more as we are not alway somewhere with shipping materials with us.
