Items in this auction are from a catering business/ bakery. That being said, buyers should expect that items will show signs of use, wear, etc, including mild to moderate wear, missing pieces, etc.
Any major defects are disclosed on the individual lots. No refunds are offered on any items. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Pick up day is not inspection day. Winning bidders are responsible for moving and loading their items. Some items are heavy/large so bring help to move. We have hand carts and pallet jacks available to use, but winning bidders are responsible to bring any needed help to move the items. NO on site help will be available.

ALL Items are to be paid for & picked-up on the scheduled removal day UNLESS SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS have been made BEFORE THE END OF THE PICK UP DATE. A storage fee of $15 will be applied to all invoices not paid for and picked up at by the end of the scheduled pick up date.
Any bidder's invoices not paid for and removed by the end of the last pick up date will be reported as a "No Show"
Any items that are not picked up within 5 days (including Saturday's and Sunday's) of the scheduled pick up date, regardless of payment status, will be forfeited. No credits / refunds / reimbursements will be given for any paid items not picked up on the scheduled pick up dates.Auction Terms Addendum

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available on this auction.

Cash and credit cards are also accepted at the time of pick up.
