The load out fee is in addition to the auction amount and we will hire local day labor to load. We will top load pallets to fill out trucks as full as practical. we cannot guarantee all your purchases will fit on a given number of trucks. Buyer must provide Bill of Ladings for all trucks leaving with appropriate shipping and billing information as well as freight class. Auctioneers assume no responsibility for trucking or loading, however, we can give buyers a list of local truck lines based in the area.
5. REMOVAL PERIOD: Each auction has a unique removal period that is unique to that auction and a highly critical Term & Condition for bidding at that auction. Our goal is to empty the 66,000 square foot warehouse and we have chosen to conduct a series of 6 smaller auctions to do so. Because there is only 3 dock doors and limited personnel we must schedule buyer staging and removal. We will stage your purchases prior to your coming. Many pallets are in pallet racking and need to be pulled to the floor, then to the dock door. Buyers simply arriving without a removal appointment will be TURNED AWAY. THE REMOVAL PERIOD FOR THIS AUCTION IS: Buyers must have all items removed by the end of the removal period without exception. Any item left after the end of the removal period will be charged a fee of $5.00 per pallet per day as damages which will be due and payable prior to any further removal. Unfortunately this is necessary to effect a total removal of the inventory on a large scale auction such as this.
6. ABANDONMENT: Buyers may not abandon pallets or parts of a pallet. There is no dumpster available for discarding items if unwanted. Buyers may not leave cardboard. Buyers may leave wooden pallets if they choose not to take the pallets. Should any buyer abandon all or part of his auction purchases the buyer agrees to pay commercial rate labor and disposal fee plus an auction admistrative fee of $100. If buyer is not prepared to take all of his auction purchases, they should NOT BID.
