Auction vehicles are located offsite. All inventory is located at new car dealer lots or dealer only wholesale auctions. Because of this we cannot offer test drives prior to the end of the auction. Once a car reaches reserve and the auction is over we will transport the vehicles to our lot. You may then either pick it up in person or opt to have it delivered to your home or place of business.

Payment: We accept cashiers checks, personal and business checks with bank guarantee of funds, and wire transfers. Any amount on a credit card will incur a 3% service fee. Out of state buyers: Only Cashiers Checks and Wire Transfers are accepted. All payments are due by the Saturday following the auction by 4PM.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
$295 delivery to anywhere within 30 Miles of Minneapolis. If you wish to have your vehicle delivered please email us at ethan@mnautoauctions.com with your address and we will update your invoice to reflect the exact amount due including delivery.
Standard delivery is available for $2.50 per loaded mile OUTSIDE OF THE METRO AREA. Minimum delivery fee is $150. WE ALSO SHIP NATIONWIDE!!
Payment in person is preferred due to the likelihood of decreased title transfer fees.
