Pick up: All items MUST be PAID on pick date for all auctions. We will only hold items if, paid for, on pickup day, with prior approval, this is a private home with limited access to items. Items won that are not paid for on the pick-up day will be forfeited, original owner will either pick up or relist. We will not hold them for bidder unless payment and other arrangement were made by calling.

VEHICLE PROCESSING:
Kbid will complete all title transfer paperwork for in-state titles and our fees reflect this process. In some instances, there may be a discount in these fees that can be corrected upon auction completion. All vehicle-buyers will be required to pay a $125.00 document fee. Out-of-State buyers will complete their own title transfers and pay only the doc fee. Auto Dealers are required to provide us with a copy of a current Dealer License prior to the removal of the vehicle. The $125.00 fee applies to dealers as well. 21-day permits will be issued as needed.
No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Late removals should not be expected.
By participating in this auction, you release JDIA Auctions of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Unless noted, all items are in used/pre-owned condition and may contain some imperfections due to use and wear. Expect some form of wear/use for each item.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
