I-35 Auctions is an Iowa licensed, bonded auto dealer (lic. #D5803). Winning bidder will receive a clean dealer title and bill of sale at the time of sale which they then must take to their local licensing bureau. Buyer is responsible for paying all required taxes and registration fees directly to their local licensing authority.

We encourage bidders to come during the designated inspection time and see the items up for bid. Lots are located at I-35 Auctions' warehouse in Clear Lake, Iowa. Vehicles may not be test driven as there are no plates on them.
If you cannot make the removal times, we have some flexibility with this auction. Final removals are expected to take place no later than 10 days of the close of the auction.

For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
