We will have equipment to assist with loading onsite. Plan on bringing flat trailers or trucks to haul your boats and trailers home. Most of the tires on the trailers are flat and the bearings haven't been packed for 30 Years. Everything has been in storage since the 1980's. This is a rare occasion to purchase items, parts and hardware for hard-to-find vintage boats and motors. Newer items as well. This auction has more than 400 lots. Bid till the end, you won't believe the inventory on this farmstead. As always, bring help and boxes for best results in picking up your purchases.The condition of all of the items on this auction is unknown. You will be buying based on the knowledge that these items have been in storage for 30 or more years.
When picking up items following auction close on pick-up days, be aware the auction items are located in a very small confined area. We will only be able to load one or two customers at a time. The driveway is narrow and long. Please be patient during pick-up process. Once loaded please pull up to a more open area to tie down, so the next customer may get loadded. When arriving at the top of the driveway, pull up and then back your rig along the sheds. Thank you.
NOTICE: There is no guarentee everything will have a title or registration. If Boats and Trailers will be returning to daily use, the seller and the auction company will try to assist in obtaining signatures, statements of fact, etc. to help get these registered in your name. We are still in the process of going through documents. However, we are unable to guarentee a fast and easy process in obtaining paperwork to register these items.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is an optional service. All purchases will be charged a $7.00 shipping and handline charge in addition to the cost of the actual USPS Shipping charge. Shipping and Handling and USPS charges will show up as a another credit card purchase to Benoit Auction Service. Buyer assumes all responsibility of damage to articles or lost articles once it leaves the point of sale. Shippers other than USPS will need to be arranged by the buyer.
