Randy was a friend of ours that was an avid life long Racing & Street Rod Enthusiast that was taken much too young by the ugly C word. Therefore he has an entire shop of Tools, Shop Equipment and Multiple Storage Bays of Project Cars, Street Rod & Racing Parts Rare & Unusual Car Parts, Collectible Items & more that is ready to find a new home to continue the type of work Randy Loved.

We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. That being said we are an auction company, not a shipping company.
If you are expecting your items in 2 days do not bid, We are not Amazon!!! We try to get all items shipped out the following week but sometimes our schedule does not allow that to happen. Our ongoing promise is to ship items out as soon as possible but on occasion that may be up to 10-14 days.
We Use Spee-Dee Delivery & Spee-Dee Freight for any shipping in their service area.
Anything outside of Spee-Dee's service area we use UPS, Fed-Ex & USPS for smaller packages.
We wish to provide an economical shipping service to our bidders. We do not use shipping as a way to profit from our auctions.
We only charge you the shipping charges, in addition to any time and materials we have in the shipping process, nothing more!!
Most smaller shipments through Spee-Dee range between $25-$40 all in.
Framed Artwork is shipped through our local UPS store. A $10 handling fee will be added to what the UPS Store's charge for shipping
Any Pallet or Freight Shipments outside of Spee-Dee's service area need to be arranged and handled by the successful bidder. We will load your items on the truck, but will not make any of the shipping arrangements.

Successful bidders need to click on the Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday Aug 26th 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM or Saturday Aug 27th 10:00 AM To 3:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!! DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Invoices will not be processed and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.
There will be a forklift on site for large items but you are responsible for all hand loaded items

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
