Forms of payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Pay Online by going to your K-bid dashboard and clicking on invoices.
Removals are always Saturday (the day after the auction closes) from 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Items are expected to be picked up during this time. However, if this time doesn't work for you, please pay online and call during the removal to let us know when you will pick-up during the week. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We prefer these situations get picked up either Monday, or Tuesday.
Items that are paid: will be held for one week. After one week, a $30 storage fee will be applied. After 2 weeks, the item will be considered abandoned and will be recirculated into another auction. No refund will be given.
Items that are not paid: will be held for one day. After one day, the item will be recirculated into another auction and the bidder will be marked as a no-show. The bidder's account will be deactivated. We require pay prior to the end of the scheduled auction removal.
Please remember to bring adequate transportation, straps, and any needed equipment. We will not load product into unsafe vehicles.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

Thank you for bidding! We will see you at the removal date at the auction location. If using a credit card, pay online before you arrive. Please have your bidder number or copy of your invoice handy.
To request shipping:
1. Pay your invoice online through your K-BID dashboard.
2. Email kbidthreedeals@gmail.com with your bidder number, verified shipping address and the lots you've purchased.
3. An invoice for shipping costs will be sent to your email through Square. $12 handling costs + the cost of shipping.
4. Once paid, your item will be shipped to the address you provided.
