Firearms and Ammunition notes:
1) Ammunition will not be shipped. Background checks are not necessary to purchase ammunition, however a valid photo ID is required as there are age requirements.
2) All sales are final and no warranty of any kind is implied. Any known functional limitations are provided in the lot description.
3) For handguns, Minnesota residents must also provide a valid permit to purchase or permit to carry issued by the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) from the city or county of residence. The name and address on the permit must also match the photo ID.
5) Firearm Winning bidders must also pass a Federal background check regardless of state of residence.

Forms of Payment for Accessories: Cash, Credit Card, Or Pay online by going to your K-Bid Dashboard and click on invoices.
Payment for Firearms and Ammunition: Firearms & ammunition are not eligible for online payment through K-Bid. Payment for firearms and ammunition is due at the time of pickup/transfer. Cash or Credit Card only. Items over over $5,000 may be subject to a CC surcharge fee of up to 3%.
Paid Item Activity: Any item that is paid for an not picked up within 7 days of the auction close will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge. After 14 days of storage the item will be considered abandoned and will be placed on another auction with NO refund to the buyer.
Unpaid Item Activity: Any unpaid items will be held for 7 days from the end of sale will be placed in another auction and the bidder will be flagged as a NO-SHOW, which may lead to the Bidders account status being deactivated.
Additional Firearms Information:
1) Winning bidder must have a valid photo ID that matches their bidder account information including physical address in order for firearms to be released. There are no exceptions.
2) Sales on used firearms and ammunition are final and no warranty of any kind is implied. Any known functional limitations are provided in the lot description.
3) For firearm pickups AB&B Firearms LLC charges a flat Transfer fee of $25 per firearm due at the time of payment.
a) This fee is not charged by AB&B if the firearm is shipped to a partner FFL
b) The partner FFL may have their own fees which may differ from AB&B's transfer fee and are the responsibility of the winning bidder

4) For all handgun transfers in Minnesota, in addition to a valid photo ID Minnesota residents must also provide a valid permit to purchase or permit to carry issued by the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) from the city or county of residence. 5) It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure that possession of the firearm in its as-is condition is legal in thier state. This is especially true of the capacity of any included magazines.
6) Any firearm that requires shipping or for which shipping is requested will need to be transferred to another valid FFL of the winning bidder's choice. The winning bidder must provide a signed copy of the FFL's certificate, and the firearm will be shipped directly to the address on the certificate. See Shipping for information regarding additional charges.
7) Any additional transfer-related fees required by the receiving FFL are the respnsibility of the winning bidder, as is complying with any required permits or other local regulations. Please notify the FFL of your intent to use them for the transfer and ask about any fees at that time.
8) Firearm winning bidders must pass a Federal background check regardless of type of firearm or state of residence. This is a Federal requirement for all firearm purchases. Background checks are done by the FFL in the presence of the winning bidder at the time of the transfer.
9) Instant online payments for firearms and ammunition are not accepted. Payments are made directly through AB&B FIrearms LLC.
10) The FFL reserves the right to suspend or terminate the transaction AT ANY POINT regardless of the result of a background check if the FFL believes there may be a straw purchase in play or that answers provided by the buyer on a completed Form 4473 are known to be false.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is determined by the item in the auction. Please check the items you are interested in to see if shipping is available.
Shipping-eligible items will be shipped via best way from USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Buyer will be charged the actual shipping rate for the item, plus a $5.00 handling charge per item on all non-firearm items.
The firearms handling charge is $10.00 per handgun and $15.00 per long gun.
Adult signature will be required.
REGARDING FIREARMS:
FIRST AND FOREMOST IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW IF POSESSION OF THE WEAPON IN ITS AS-IS CONDITION IS LEGAL IN THEIR AREA/STATE.
All guns MUST BE shipped directly to a verified FFL, no exceptions. The buyer MUST email a signed copy of the receiving FFL's license to dave@abbfirearms.com before the shipping process can begin.
Guns will only be shipped to the address on the FFL's license. Buyer must also notify receiving FFL of intent to have the gun shipped to them.
Receiving FFL will require any verification of the buyer's legal proof of ability to purchase in addition to completion of Form 4473 and the successful passing of any required background check prior to completing the transfer.
Any additional transfer fees are at the discretion of the receiving FFL and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ask the FFL about any transfer-related fees prior to confirming their use.
