This trailer was purchased a little more than a year ago and not used once. It is a prior salvage title, but it has been professionally inspected, and the only damage of note is that the side doesn't pop out. It needs a little cleaning from sitting, but this is a really nice camper! Lots of room, and new enough to not be needing repairs at every turn.
Title is in hand with no liens, and this will be handed over upon receipt of payment. Credit card will not be accepted for this item, but a certified check or wire transfer will.

Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day. The house will be turned over to new owners on September 20th, so no exceptions can be made.
Google Maps will get you to the right place. However, my recommendation is to take 44th St. off of Highway 15, as that will mean less driving on dirt roads. Additionally, the GPS will say you are arriving and will tell you the house is on the opposite side of where it is! Don't look for the house in the cornfield--just look across the street.
