After a lifetime in the Midwest, the Carlsons are moving south. They are leaving behind a massive amount of goodies that will no longer be needed, and this is an amazing opportunity! This is a HUGE sale with just about everything you can imagine!
There are certain themes you will see a heavy presence of in this auction:
--Dan has been an avid hunter and fisherman over the years, and there are a bunch of hunting/fishing/camping accessories--including ammo, rods/reels, and even a crossbow!
--The Carlsons have traveled several times to Israel and Africa, bringing back several items from these places
--Patricia is a very talented artist and has been creating her own crafts and selling crafts and jewelry for years. You will see a LOT of crafts and jewelry--as well as stuff intended for future projects--and many of these items were handmade by her.
--Dan sells knives at gun shows, etc, and there are a number of blades throughout this auction--many are Damascus steel
--The Carlsons have had horses--and used to breed/train them. There are a number of beautiful saddles and lots of other horse tack.
--Dan has been a sports fan and collector since childhood, and there is a significant amount of cards, autographs and other memorabilia. The Harmon Killebrew signed jersey is amazing!
In addition to these common themes, you'll see lots of nice tools, household, furniture, freezers, TVs, etc etc etc etc. You DO NOT want to miss this!

Please make sure you bring appropriate equipment and manpower to move the items you are purchasing. North Country Auctions will not be able to assist with moving heavy items, and we do not have necessary equipment to move large items. It's crucial you come prepared!

Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day. The house will be turned over to new owners on September 20th, so no exceptions can be made.
Google Maps will get you to the right place. However, my recommendation is to take 44th St. off of Highway 15, as that will mean less driving on dirt roads. Additionally, the GPS will say you are arriving and will tell you the house is on the opposite side of where it is! Don't look for the house in the cornfield--just look across the street.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
