Please be sure to schedule your pick up/removal time following the auction. The schedule for pick up will be available once the entire auction is completely closed. The bidder is responsible to make sure they have all of their items before leaving the pick up site. We are not responsible if you leave something behind.
Please do NOT call and ask for an alternative pick up date/time as we are not able to accommodate that. Pick up is only on the two days scheduled.
If you are buying larger items such as furniture, you will need to bring help as employees are not able to assist with lifting or moving heavy items. There are no bags, boxes or packing materials on site. If buying glassware, please bring these items. Thank you .

We are not able to accommodate individual/specialized pick-up dates and times. DO NOT Call and ask for a special individualized pick-up date and time as we cannot accommodate this. If you are bidding, you are aware of the pick-up date and time and it is not our responsibility to send reminders. We do our best to send reminder texts and phone calls when needed.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
The handling fee for shipping for this auction will not be charged as ALL shipping for this auction will be handled by UPS.
Shipping is available for most reasonably sized items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows:
*** If you purchase multiple lots/ items and we are able to combine them into one package you will only be charged one processing fee.
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-Bid, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you with in a week.
We can not ship your items until you have paid your K-Bid invoice.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance as the items have to be packaged and the package weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Once the items have been sent to the shipping department and have been packaged for mail and you have been sent an invoice, picking up your item will no longer be an option as time and money will have been spent to package up your item/s. Thank you.
Save and use this shipping info as the default for future auctions.

Payment for shipping is a separate transaction. We will email you a separate invoice for the cost of shipping with in 6-8 days after you have paid your K-Bid invoice and requested shipping.
