Buyers must remove any and all items won and bring whatever tools or equipment is necessary for the removal and hauling. If you are removing large items, there is a back loading area to which you can back up your trailer or truck to for easier loading. We suggest bringing either appliance lifters or roller carts to slide underneath, especially for the stainless steel tables, etc. Most big items, except for booths, have already been moved to the back loading area.
Owner will be on site to guide you, but CANNOT help you. You must disassemble and/or load or bring people to help you!
Inspection date is on Sunday, September 18th from 4pm-5pm.
Removal date is Sunday, September 25th from 11:00am-5:00pm. We do have some availablility on September 29th & 30th in the evening, but this is by appt only and ONLY for buyers who have paid their invoices online by September 25th. The building is sold and is no longer accessible after this date.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
