*BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.)
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. Your bidding availability may be restricted if you don't follow these guidelines.
*Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.

*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
**SHIPPING: WE DO OFFER SHIPPING FOR SOME ITEMS. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING TO VERIFY IF IT QUALIFYS FOR SHIPPING.

Most of the time we are very busy and it takes multiple days to get items to the shipping facility for shipment, please bid accordingly.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! They charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship plus the actual shipping cost. They charge for labor, packing material and shipping. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
The 3rd party shipper can be very busy from time to time so items may take longer then expected to be shipped and delivered, please bid accordingly.
We use a third party shipper as we are not equipped to do the shipping in house so the price is much higher as they are a business and have costs just like any other business. Please do not compare it to what it would cost you when you go to the post office as it is much different. They charge retail prices plus tax for packaging and material.
We will do our best to get your items to the shipping company as soon as possible based on business. The shipping company will then package everything and get it ready for shipment and send us the total, your credit card will then be charged accordingly.
