Makita 18-Volt X2 means freedom from the cord, even for demanding applications like cutting sheet and dimensional lumber that traditionally called for a corded saw. Best of all, users can remain in one battery platform, using the same fast-charging 18-Volt batteries with the XSR01PT as they use across the expansive Makita 18-Volt LXT cordless tool series. The XSR01PT has a long list of features for efficient cutting without the cord. Users of leading corded saws will appreciate the blade-left rear-handle design. The electronically controlled brushless motor delivers a full 5,100 RPM for efficient cutting. In internal testing, the XSR01PT made up to 558 crosscuts per charge in 2x4 SPF lumber using 2 fully-charged 5.0Ah batteries. Added features include a large 2-9/16 in. cutting capacity at 90 degree that will cut 3X lumber in a single pass and an electric brake for maximum productivity. The saw has a die-cast magnesium base and blade guard with die-cast aluminum blade cover and motor housing, which combines durability with less weight (only 12.4 lbs. with batteries).

*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

We use a 3rd party shipper to ship all of our items! They charge a $10 minimum handling/ packing fee and the price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship plus the actual shipping cost. They charge for labor, packing material and shipping. We use SPEEDEE , USPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
The 3rd party shipper can be very busy from time to time so items may take longer then expected to be shipped and delivered, please bid accordingly.
We use a third party shipper as we are not equipped to do the shipping in house so the price is much higher as they are a business and have costs just like any other business. Please do not compare it to what it would cost you when you go to the post office as it is much different. They charge retail prices plus tax for packaging and material.
We will do our best to get your items to the shipping company as soon as possible based on business. The shipping company will then package everything and get it ready for shipment and send us the total, your credit card will then be charged accordingly.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
