Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used vehicles, any vehicle sold on auction by NPS Auctions may come with typical used vehicle issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.
If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the NPS Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.
If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

Loadout
Loadout times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.
If we do not hear from you by the end of the loadout, we will consider the items abandoned with no refund. We will not be bringing items back to our warehouse for alternate pickup dates.
Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. A skidloader will be available for use when loading. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, NPS Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.
Failure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.
It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.
Items that are not paid for with a credit card online or over the phone by the end of the loadout date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.
If items are paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the load out, items are forfeited and considered abandoned. Refunds will not be given under these circumstances. We will not be bringing items back to our warehouse for alternate pickup dates.

Invoices are printed the morning after the auction ends. NPS Auctions cannot be held resopnsible for incorrect shipping addresses on invoices or items that are stolen after being delivered. Once they have left our facility, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of others.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

We use a third party to ship all of our auction items. To expedite the shipping process, simply pay your invoice online and e-mail or text us your bidder number and tell us you'd like shipping.
PLEASE make sure the address and phone number on your invoice is current.
We will drop off your items at Safe Ship in Mankato and they will contact you for shipping payment. Items will be dropped off the week after the auction closes. Please be patient for them to contact you - depending on the volume of shipping we bring them, it can take a few days for them to get to your order!
If payment for shipping is not secured within two business days after Safe Ship contacts you, the items will be considered abandoned and you will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: When the shipping company calls you, it may come up on your phone as THINK Toner & Ink; rest assured, it's not spam!
