Most electronics items have been tested, however, everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. We will allow returns, in order to have your equipment recycled responsibly. Return costs/shipping charges are incurred by you, the buyer and we are not responsible. A credit or refund for the cost of the item lot is not guaranteed on any returned items.
You, the buyer, are also responsible for shipping the return item back to us in protective packing. We recommend that you keep ALL of your original packaging until you know for sure you are satisfied.
NOTE: All items are available for inspection before the auction closes.
Items MAY NOT include cables, adapters, or other accessories unless they are shown in photo or description.
Operating systems are not included on any of our devices unless stated otherwise such as Apple products.

PICK UP ALL items at : 9940 Hamilton Rd. Eden Prairie, MN, 55344 - Pick up and inspection times are set by appointment only, or set per auction, please call us if you can NOT make it during pick up times and we will do our best to accommodate. ALL items purchased MUST be picked up on the pick up date. Removal MUST happen on the dates and times indicated unless other arrangements have been made. All no shows will be reported unless you communicate with us prior to the final pick up date.
A $10 storage fee will be added for each lot per day past the pick up date, unless arrangements have been made. Please bring an appropriately sized vehicle and your own help to load large items. Our employees will not provide assistance with loading. Please read the size and dimension for large items so you are not surprised when you arrive to pick them up. Removal is very easy at our site as you can park very close to where the products are located, no stairs or steps. Our site is a secure facility, you will need an employee in the area at all times during pickup.
**Additional inspection times can be made available if necessary. Please call or email us to arrange.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

The above prices include boxing and appropriate packaging which could include bubble wrap or custom foam packing. Our items are handled and packaged by professionals, a thorough cost analysis is done to ensure our shipping charges are as low as possible.

If you are coming to the removal: Please schedule your removal appointment on the invoices section of your dashboard. Please note that late removals beyond the scheduled removal period should not be expected without prior approval. Please have your invoice and/or bidder information ready at the removal.
If you require shipping: Please verify that the item is eligible for shipping within the item details. If you requiire shipping, please follow these steps:
1. Pay your invoice online within the K-BID dashboard underneath the invoice section.
2. Email kbid@oceantech.com with your bidder ID, shipping address and auction information.
3. Wait for a shipping invoice that will be sent to your email on file, pay the invoice once recieved.
4. Within 3 business days of payment of your shipping invoice, we will send out the item(s).
