For example, if you win an entire bedroom but only wanted the dresser, you're still responsible to remove all the other items in that bedroom lot. *All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, your responsible to take all of the items in that lot. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.

They will then package everything, get it ready for shipment, and then send you an invoice via email through Quickbooks.
IMPORTANT: We use an outside company to ship all of our items as we are not equipped to do the shipping in house. Their fees include a small handling fee, packaging and materials, shipping cost, plus tax. The price will go up depending how much packing and handling is required to ship plus the actual shipping cost. They charge for labor, packing material and shipping. They use SPEEDEE, USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Rates will vary depending on Size and weight.
*Please keep in mind that due to current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
We will do our best to get your items to our shipping partners as soon as possible based on business.
When paying online please let the cashier know that you have paid online at the removal.
