ON-LINE PAYMENT ONLY THROUGH K-BID may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Maximum credit card purchase is $5,000.00. Purchases above $5,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer or certified bank check. Applicable sales tax will be added to invoice of all purchases. No removal of merchandise without proof of payment to K-BID.

Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that will substantially impact value, bidders are encouraged to take advantage of the preview schedule. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected.
Ownership transfers upon payment in full for your purchases. Should a dispute arise during or after the auction between bidders, Auctioneer and K-BID records shall be conclusive in all respects. This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only.
Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without directly contacting Auctioneer to make alternative arrangements will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and disposal of these items shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion. Auctioneer does not provide boxes, packing material or loading assistance. Please come prepared with enough assistance and materials at your scheduled pickup time. Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, preview and pickup terms and schedule.
Shipping availability of items offered for sale will be noted in the lot description or in these terms. See ‘shipping terms’ published on this auction. If shipping is available and you do not state a carrier preference, we will select the most economical standard ground shipper available.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is available for SOME* items (noted in each Lot description) at an additional cost. Remember, we are in the busiest shipping season of the year; expect delays from the shipping vendor.
Shipping fees: $15 for the first lot*
$10 for each additional lot*
*If multiple lots can be combined into one standard size shipping box, then you will only be charged one $15.00 processing fee, plus the actual cost of shipping.
*Shipping of bicycles by Auctioneer is NOT available. If you do need a bicycle shipped, you must make your own arrangements and we will accommodate access to shipper for pickup.
SHIPPING TERMS:
AFTER you have paid for your items on K-Bid, a separate invoice for the cost of shipping will be emailed to you.
We Cannot ship your items until you have paid your K-Bid invoice.
Smaller lots may be able to be bundled together - inquire or instruct before shipping.
Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance, as the items have to be packaged, weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated.
Once the items have been delivered to the shipper, packaged, and you have been mailed an invoice, picking up your items will no longer be an option.
It may take up to one week after the auction closes for you to receive your shipping invoice.
Do not assume we will be available to ship your item. Call the number provided before bidding to ensure that your item is available for shipping. IF YOU WIN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING AND YOU CANNOT PICK IT UP, NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.
Payment by credit card ONLY on your K-BID account immediately at the conclusion of auction.
