Any removal out of our SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 Storage charge.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

Items are to be picked up or shipping scheduled by the end of the last removal day. Any paid-for items not picked up during the scheduled days/times, will be considered abandoned property and forfeited without a refund within 10 days after pickup date. Arrangements can be made for a non-scheduled pick up with a minumum charge of $20.00 only if Item is paid in full by the end of the last pickup date.

ONCE BUYER LEAVES THE AUCTION SITE, BUYER CONTRACTUALLY AGREES THAT ALL LOTS WERE ACCEPTABLY LOADED AND RELEASES ANY CLAIM OF MISSING ITEMS!

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on items noted in lot descriptions additional taxes may be due on items purchased when shipped in Minnesota. Most larger items can only be shipped using SPEE-DEE delivery so you must be in their delivery area. Otherwise the cost will be quite high to other areas.
We are not responsible for lost shipments, damaged shipments missing items or any type of mishap that could occur that would cause your shipment to be unsatisfactory. We will add Insurance to your shipping, please contact us with for shipping arrangements. Tracking numbers are provided on every item possible.
***Note that due to current High Fuel Charges and Carrier Driver Shortages our Low Shipping Costs are rising along with Increased Carrier Delays!!***

TRACKING NUMBERS WILL NOT BE ACTIVE UNTIL THE PACKAGE IS PICKED UP BY THE CARRIER. THERE IS GENERALLY AN 8-10 DAY LEAD TIME FROM A SHIPPING REQUEST TO THE CARRIER ACTIVATING THE TRACKING NUMBER.
We will combine shipping cost on multiple items to provide the best possible value. The $15.00 - $25.00 minimum shipping and handling cost will cover most standard size packages within Spee-Dee delivery area. Shipable items are considered those that will fit in a box and meet weight and size limitations. If you are unable to make the removal date, please contact Ma & Pas at 763-571-5345 to discuss shipping.
We offer very economical shipping, we only ship once per auction, thus getting all the shipping packages in the shipment from the auction. This means a particular package may not ship for up to one Business Week, Plus the Carrier Time. If you need faster service please call to discuss expedited Shipping Charges PRIOR to bidding. Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone, K-Bid Payment Portal or other means by the end of the last pickup date will be considered no show and abandoned.
