A $40.00 Trip Charge will be Added to any Invoice that Requires a Staff Member to Return to the Sale Site Before or after the Preview or Removal Times. This DOES NOT MEAN we will allow you to come a day other then the date given for removal.
As with all K-BID.com Auctions, The Buyer is responsible Inspecting All items prior to Bidding and Safe, Neat Removal and Loading of the Items. Bidders responsibility to test all electrical items.
Please bring Help, Tools and the Proper size equipment or Vehicle to Haul your items. Auction Staff is available Onsite to Help FIND Your Items. They Are NOT FREE Loading Labor!!!
IF you Need Help Loading and "if" there is auction staff available a Fee of $20.00 to $50.00 per Item dependent on Size, Weight and Location. Auction staff is not always available so please plan on bringing your own help. This does not include large or heavy items those items you must be prepared to bring your own help and equipment to remove.
Items must be paid for by the pick up date. Any item(s) not picked up on the scheduled day will not be held by the auctioneer unless arrangements were made before auction close. Most auctions are held on-site at our client's location so we will not take responsibility for items not picked up on the scheduled date even if they were paid for.
PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP, TOOLS, DOLLIES & LADDERS TO REMOVE, DISASSEMBLE IF NECESSARY & LOAD ANY ITEM YOU WIN. IT IS ALSO THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS AFTER PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS THERE. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT THE AUCTION SITE AND CAN'T FIND AN ITEM. IF FOR SOME REASON THE ITEM WAS STILL AT THE AUCTION SITE THE BIDDER WILL NEED TO COME BACK AND PICK IT UP OR PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Some auctions we don't offer shipping on. Please see information lot for shipping details. We can't ship or take credit card payment on any firearms, ammunition or foreign currency. Winning bidder is responsible for inspecting prior to purchase. Shipping for small lots only (no "contents lots", large items, heavy items, or items that have or had gasoline or oil in them regardless if lot says shipping available). Also we will not take apart items for shipping. PLEASE CALL Jeff at 612-590-3748 the day before pickup if you want your items shipped. We will be too busy the day of pickup to take your call and arrange for shipping so please call the day before. Shipping may have a $10.00 courier fee plus shipping and handling cost from the UPS store. You will pay the UPS store directly for shipping and pay us for your auction item and the courier fee. All items sold as is with no guarantees so please inspect. Please bring your own boxes to pack your items. We try our best to accurately describe every item however if there is a discrepancy between the lot pictures and the description we will use the description. Failure to pay for and pick up items may result in loss of bidding privileges.
