This auction features a number of heavy pianos and player pianos. They are very heavy and bulky. Plan ahead and Please bring the appropriate tools and help with you to remove your items! No one at A.L.A. will be able to help with any removal.
Use caution coming and going to pick up your items. It is slippery and these pianos are heavy. Stay out of the piano mover's way! We do not want any one getting hurt, we cannot be responsible for any accidents. Please use caution.
If you cannot remove these pianos on the scheduled removal day please do not bid.
NO SHIPPING ON ANY PIANOS! All other shipping is extremely limited!
The first 12 lots are in the garage, in the attic, and some in the rafters or all 3. Please bring appropriate help.
Lots 13-30, and 47-105 are in the garage.
Lots 31-46 main level, house.
Lots 134 - 291 are in the basement. You will be responsible for removing all items up the stairs and load yourself.
Please bring the proper items needed for packing and removal.
Lots 301 - 399 and lot 414 are upstairs, second level of the house, again you will be responsible for packing and removing.
Lots 400-413 and 500 are on the 3rd floor.
Lots 501-518 are upstairs, second level of the house.
If you cannot carry items up or down stairs bring your own help with you!

**Buyer is responsible for the transport, loading and rigging of their own items.
Therefore, buyer must bring any help needed to aid in removal, any tools needed for removal, as well as sufficient equipment for transporting their item(s).

We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or Personal Checks under $100.00 with a valid ID.
Any eligible and pre-authorized removals outside the SCHEDULED REMOVAL TIMES will be subject to a MINIMUM $20.00 transfer-relocate fee.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case.
If we feel a refund is in order, the item(s) in question will need to be returned to us within one week of removal.
Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments.
Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.

At time of winning and bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.
If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets by the end the scheduled removal, the assets will be considered abandoned and ownership with risk of loss, will transfer to A.L.A.
BY LEAVING THE AUCTION SITE, BUYER AGREES ALL LOTS WERE ACCEPTABLY LOADED AND RELEASES A.L.A.FROM ANY CLAIM OF MISSING ITEMS!

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We will do our best to combine shipping on multiple items in order to provide the best possible value.
The $15.00 - $25.00 minimum fee, covers most standard size packages, within most delivery areas, as well as the time and labor required to prepare the shipment.
Ship-able items are considered those that will fit in a box convenient for ONE PERSON to carry without assistance or strain.
While keeping within the size guidelines of each Carrier, Larger or heavier packages might be eligible to secure on a pallet for an additional fee of $25.00 (or higher). At which time, the BUYER would be responsible to arrange for a carrier on their pallet shipment (Spee Dee LTL is a good service).
If you are unable to make the removal date and cannot send someone to pick for you, do not bid.

In order to get everyone involved the most reasonable and economical rates possible, we only ship ONE DAY per week.
This means a particular package may not ship for up to one full week before it's picked up by the Carrier, and factoring the Carrier's required time.
If faster services are needed, please call to discuss expedited Shipping options, PRIOR to bidding.
Items NOT PAID for PRIOR TO the end of the auctions scheduled REMOVAL, will be marked as "no-show" and considered abandoned.
Items that are paid, yet not picked up by the end of the scheduled removal, will be considered abandoned and become property of A.L.A.
