Payments accepted: Check, cash, wire transfer or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted.
Financing: We do not offer financing, but you may obtain your own. Please have financing set up in advance. Lien fee will apply to have your bank listed as the lien holder.
Shipping: We use Speedy shipping locally for shipping of bulky and heavy items within the surrounding 5 states. Call for details and shipping qoutes. You must pay for your items after winning them on bid. Shipping CAN"T be added to the original invoice. A second invoice will be generated for shipping.
Late Removals/Storage Fee's: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $50 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. Payment is always required during the removal period. A $100 weekly storage fee will apply to any purchases not picked up on the stated removal date.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

We are able to offer shipping for a $10.00 handling fee plus exact shipping for some items. Items that are marked NO SHIPPING will not be shipped. **LARGER/ODD SHAPED ITEMS MAY REQUIRE AN ADDED HANDLING FEE.
We cannot predetermine the cost of shipping as it cannot be calculated until the item(s) are weighed and packaging box is measured. IN ORDER TO REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE, WE NEED TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON FILE.

We can sometimes bring your items to St Paul or Maple Grove for local pickup for a handling fee starting at $10.
Both options require pre-payment by credit card (unless we've done business with you and know you're not going to waste our time). Your online payment through K-Bid's website does NOT cover shipping and handling.
