Bring your own help for loading items you won. We do not offer assistance for loadingAfter years of owning & operating The Lodge Brent has sold the property and is offering everything he has accumulated and upgraded over the years at auction. Great assortment of restaurant equipment, & bar items to either start or add to your existing operation.
Everything is in working order and ready to be used when you get it to your location.
All items must be removed by the end of the day on the 31st as ownership of the property changes on the 1st. There will be no late pickups for this auction, if pick up times do not fit your schedule do not bid.
Lot #'s 39-A through 43 and 202 through 230 are on the upstairs level
Lot #'s 374 through 421 are on the downstairs level
All other Lots are located on the main floor (ground level)

We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. That being said we are an auction company, not a shipping company.
If you are expecting your items in 2 days do not bid, We are not Amazon!!! We try to get all items shipped out the following week but sometimes our schedule does not allow that to happen. Our ongoing promise is to ship items out as soon as possible but on occasion that may be up to 10-14 days.
We Use Spee-Dee Delivery & Spee-Dee Freight for any shipping in their service area.
Anything outside of Spee-Dee's service area we use UPS, Fed-Ex & USPS for smaller packages.
We wish to provide an economical shipping service to our bidders. We do not use shipping as a way to profit from our auctions.
We only charge you the shipping charges, in addition to any time and materials we have in the shipping process, nothing more!!
There will be a $10 charge on this auction to move items back to our shop to be shipped.
Neon Signs will be shipped through our local UPS store. A $20 handling fee will
be added to what the UPS Store's charge for shipping
Successful bidders need to click on the
Invoices Tab in your Dashboard at the conclusion of the auction to
schedule a time for pickup of your items on Friday Dec. 30th 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM or Saturday Dec 31st 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Successful Bidders must schedule an appointment for pickup!!! DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!
Invoices will not be processed and no lots will be loaded without a scheduled appointment!!!
Please Adhere to the time you schedule for pick up to limit the amount of people we have onsite at one time.
If you are not able to lift and load items that you purchased make sure to bring help with you for pickup. There will not be any assistance for loading of your items, you are responsible to bring adequate help with you for loadout of the items you purchased.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
