2) All sales are final and no warranty of any kind is implied. Any known functional limitations are provided in the lot description.
3) For handguns, Minnesota residents must also provide a valid permit to purchase or permit to carry issued by the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) from the city or county of residence. The name and address on the permit must also match the photo ID.
5) Firearm Winning bidders must also pass a Federal background check regardless of gun type or state of residence.

Payment for Firearms and Ammunition: Firearms & ammunition are not eligible for online payment through K-Bid. Payment for firearms and ammunition is due at the time of pickup/transfer. Cash or Credit Card only.
Paid Item Activity: Any item that is paid for and not picked up within 7 days of the auction close will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge. After 14 days of storage the item will be considered abandoned and will be placed on another auction with NO refund to the buyer.
Additional Firearms Information:
1) Winning bidder must have a valid photo ID that matches their bidder account information including physical address in order for firearms to be released. There are no exceptions.
2) Sales on used firearms and ammunition are final and no warranty of any kind is implied. Any known functional limitations are provided in the lot description.
3) For firearm pickups AB&B Firearms LLC charges a flat Transfer fee of $25 per firearm due at the time of payment.
a) This fee is not charged by AB&B if the firearm is shipped to a partner FFL
b) The partner FFL may have their own fees which may differ from AB&B's Transfer/NICS fee and are the responsibility of the winning bidder

4) For all handgun transfers in Minnesota, in addition to a valid photo ID Minnesota residents must also provide a valid permit to purchase or permit to carry issued by the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) from the city or county of residence. 5) It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure that possession of the firearm in its as-is condition is legal in thier state. This is especially true of the capacity of any included magazines.
6) Any firearm that requires shipping or for which shipping is requested will need to be transferred to a valid partner FFL of the winning bidder's choice. The winning bidder must provide a signed copy of the FFL's certificate, and the firearm will be shipped directly to the address on the certificate. See Shipping for information regarding specific shipping information and charges.
7) Any additional transfer-related fees required by the receiving partner FFL are the respnsibility of the winning bidder, as is complying with any necessary purchase permits or other local regulations. Please notify the partner FFL of your intent to use them for the transfer and ask about their transfer/NICS fees at that time.
8) Firearm winning bidders must pass a Federal background check regardless of type of firearm or state of residence. This is a Federal requirement for all firearm purchases. Background checks are done by the FFL in the presence of the winning bidder at the time of the transfer.
9) Instant online payments for firearms and ammunition are not allowed. Payments for firearms and ammunition are taken during pick up by AB&B Firearms LLC.
10) All FFL's reserve the right to suspend or terminate a transfer AT ANY POINT regardless of the result of a background check, especially if the FFL suspects there may be a straw purchase in play or that answers provided by the buyer on a completed Form 4473 are known to be false.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

REGARDING FIREARMS:
FIRST AND FOREMOST IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW IF POSESSION OF THE WEAPON IN ITS AS-IS CONDITION IS LEGAL IN THEIR CITY AND STATE. Items returned for non-compliance are subject to a 40% restocking charge.
All guns MUST BE shipped to a partner FFL, no exceptions. The buyer MUST email a signed copy of the receiving partner FFL's license to dave@abbfirearms.com before the shipping process will begin.
Guns will only be shipped to the address on the partner FFL's license. Buyer must also notify the partner FFL of the intent to have the gun shipped to them.
The partner FFL will require verification of the buyer's legal proof of ability to purchase in addition to successful completion of the Form 4473 and "proceed" status on the required NICS background check prior to completing the transfer.
Any transfer/NICS fees are at the discretion of the partner FFL and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ask the partner FFL about their transfer-related fees prior to confirming their use.
