We have a nice little moving sale for you! When people downsize so they don't have to move all their stuff, you win! In this auction, we have several furniture pieces, some arcade games, a few stereo systems, a huge saltwater tank, and several other miscellaneous items. Lots of surprises!
The vast majority of the items are on a first floor, with about half being in the garage, so lots of items with easy access! We are offering pickup later in the day to hopefully accomodate people on a weekday who may not be able to come earlier. The house has already sold, so being flexible with the date will be tricky, but if you would like to inquire about a different time, we *may* be able to help for a convenience fee. Please call Jonathan @701-739-1164 and do not assume anything until we've approved it.
Many of the items here are larger items, so please bring the right help and equipment to move items.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
