BFS is located in the Northwest area of Thief River Falls. 3rd Street is technically US Highway 59 through town. About 3/10 mile west is the intersection of hwy 59 going north and county road 1 going west. Google maps brings it right up. BFS is directly across from the UPS office and not far from the fairgrounds and the Little Ralph arena. The store is located on the north side with the only entrance from the west frontage road. Some people still refer to it as the UBC.
We expect about 250 winning bidders. 3 days to pick up your winnings. Typically, between 2 and 4:30 is slower. If there are an abundance of buyers when you come we simply ask for your patience. Please, plan accordingly for time committment needed to dismantle and load all of your winnings. We have 2 forklifts and drivers to assist your loading efforts. We have done many large auctions and have a system that works well. We have a staff of 8 to assist you when you get there. Check in through the front door and proceed to the "lumber desk" staight ahead. Items must be removed from the building by 4:00 pm on Friday, no exceptions. The store is relinquishing its possession at that time and no further options will remain. Please, do not bid if you cannot make Wednesday, Thurday or Friday work for you.

Pick Up terms:
It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange payment/ pick up/shipping requests of all winning invoices.
1. Please note the specific pick up days and times for each auction. (note: we try to accommodate as many schedules as possible by providing 10 hours on pick up days)
2. All items should be paid and picked up no later than the close of designated pick up business day. Please make arrangements for someone to pick up your items for you or to have them shipped if you are not able to pick up yourself.
3. We provide shipping for most items at additional cost to the buyer. Please DO NOT PAY ON-LINE if you are shipping. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Resold Auctions to arrange shipping during the scheduled pick up days and times of each specific auction.
4. Any items paid or unpaid remaining at Resold Auction past the designated pick up schedule without prior agreement will immediately become Property of Resold Auction Services.
5. Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
6. There is a $25 penalty to reverse a No Show Status Account with Resold Auctions. This is in addition to any penalty for late retrieval of items.
Applicable Minnesota Sales Tax will be collected.
At the close of the auction active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of an item does NOT acknowledge the purchase, K-BID systems reserves the right to determine how and to whom it will be resold. If we determine that the winning bid was not a bona fide bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next second-highest bid.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Online Payments are disabled the evening prior to removal when the removal is away from our Lake Park Offices.
