The Dave Gens Fish Trap 1 man portable ice hut is designed to provide comfort and convenience on the ice. This hut is designed to accommodate one person and comes with a range of features that make it ideal for solo ice fishing trips.
The hut is made from materials that were designed to withstand the winter conditions. It features a durable metal frame that provides stability and support, while the fabric canvas cover will provide wind protection (it should be noted that this is older and may or may not be waterproof or able to withstand the elements of the outdoors). The canvas cover has some holes in it that need patched.
The hut is also designed to be easily transported, with a lightweight and compact design that makes it easy to move across the ice. It comes with a durable plastic sled that is attached to the bottom of the hut, allowing it to be pulled behind a snowmobile, ATV, or Person.
The interior of the hut is spacious and comfortable, with enough room for one person to sit and fish comfortably. There is also a window on the back side of the hut, which provides ample light and allow for great views of the surrounding landscape.
The hut also features a range of convenient features, including built-in sliding seat, ice fishing bucket, poles.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON REMOVAL DAY. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows.
For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of I-35 Auctions. No notice or reminders will be made.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. I-35 Auctions makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
I-35 Auctions is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to property while visiting the auction site.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.
Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Shipping:
Parcel shipments:
$18.50 handling fee per shipping box, plus freight. We try to fit everything in one box when possible. Large orders, oversized items or items requiring special packaging will be charged a higher handling fee.
We ship via Spee-Dee, FedEx and USPS.
Pallet shipments:
Minimum $60 per pallet handling fee, plus freight charges. Please let us know if your receiving location is residential or business and if you have a loading dock and/or forklift.
Online payments can be made through your K-BID Dashboard or we can process your payment in person on pick up day. If you want items shipped, do not pay your invoice until after we get freight charges added.
