Up for auction is a collection of horse drawn attachments, collector vehicles, and many carpentry and mechanical tools barely used or purchased new still in original boxes. Francis passed unexpectedly and wasn't able to complete his dream work shop and planned restoration projects. Remember this is a North Dakota Estate Auction and no sales tax applies. All items will be sold for highest bid, NO RESERVES!

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Items eligible for shipping will be marked in the auction. If you want to pay online and need an item shipped, please contact us before you pay so we can add shipping fees to the invoice, prior to conclusion of normal scheduled pick up date.
There is a $5 handling fee per package plus any extra shipping supplies(if needed) in addition to shipping costs.
We will combine items when possible to get the best shipping rate.
Package theft is a major problem today. We ship all packages with tracking but strongly recommend signature delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We utlize Square merchant processing and accept most US-issued magstripe or chip cards that have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Union Pay logo.
