Most boats have been in service for only three to four years and are regularly detailed and refurbished. Boats are sold AS-IS.

All individuals who will be named on the title must be present at removal for signatures. Out of state buyers and dealers will receive the title and transfer fee's will be removed, other than the doc. admin. fee.
Covers included if seen in photos. These boats were on the water recently and have been fleet maintained. They were taken off the water, serviced and winterized. Minor cosmetic issues are common with used boats and can be seen in the photos. Inspections available on all boats!
Pontoons do not come with a trailer(OTHER THAN LOT 30). Buyer responsible for securing the correct trailer. Delivery may be available for the pontoons within 150 miles at $100 + $2.50 per mile, please email biddersupport@k-bidmail.com to confirm.
Bidding Tips:
All bids placed on K-BID can be in a max bid format. You can either bid the next required bid or an amount above that. Meaning that you can place a bid of $20,000 and the system will bid on your behalf against other bidders until that amount has been exceeded. Other bidders do NOT have access to your max bid information.
Do not include dollar signs or comma's while placing bids. You will need to include dollars and cents. A bid of $25,000 should be placed like this: 25000.00
Auction Closing and Fees:
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the purchase price as well as applicable transfer/registration fees which are listed within the item detail. License and transfer fees are subject to change. Buyers Premium will be capped at $1,000 per item. If an item sells for $32,000, the total bid price would be $32,000 + $1,000 BP + any applicable transfer fees as noted in the item fee section.
Lots will remain open until no bid has been received for 3 minutes. This is referred to as extended bidding and eliminates bid sniping.
Removal Instructions:
Please be aware that you will need to acquire/rent an appropriate trailer for any boats that are not selling with one.
Payments accepted: We accept personal and business checks made out to K-BID Online Auctions or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for this auction. Please call 763-479-3000 for wire transfer instructions.
Out of state buyers: Certified funds required. Wire transfer or certified check made out to K-BID.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Delivery may be available on pontoons not being sold with one. Costs would be $100 + $2/mile - please email biddersupport@k-bidmail.com for more info.
