Payments accepted: Check, cash, wire transfer or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted.
Financing: We do not offer financing, but you may obtain your own. Please have financing set up in advance. Lien fee will apply to have your bank listed as the lien holder.
Shipping: We use Speedy shipping locally for shipping of bulky and heavy items within the surrounding 5 states. Call for details and shipping qoutes. You must pay for your items after winning them on bid. Shipping CAN"T be added to the original invoice. A second invoice will be generated for shipping.
Late Removals/Storage Fee's: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $25 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. Payment is always required during the removal period. A $50 weekly storage fee will apply to any purchases not picked up on the stated removal date.
Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

-INVOICE NEEDS TO BE PAID BY 5 PM OF THE AUCTIONS SCHEDULED PICK UP AND REMOVAL DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS
-YOU MUST REQUEST SHIPPING ON OR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEULED REMOVAL OR YOU RISK FORFEITING YOUR ITEM AND IT BEING RELISTED IMMEDIATELY.
-THE DAY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE YOU CAN EITHER CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL THE CONTACT INFO ABOVE FOR SHIPPING INFORMATION IF YOU PAID YOUR INVOICE.
We can sometimes bring your items to Burnsville or Maplewood for a local pickup and handling fee of $15.
Your online payment through K-Bid's website does NOT cover shipping and handling.
Shipping is available through SpeeDee delivery to select states

Most of the time we are very busy and it takes 7-10 days to get items to the shipping facility for shipment, please bid accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to predetermine the cost of shipping until the item is packaged, measured, and weighed. Rates will vary depending on size and weight, but we will try our best to give you an estimate if needed.
We will then package everything, get it ready for shipment, and then send you an invoice via email for proper documentation.
Due to the volume of items we sell weekly and the increasing demand from out of town buyers, there may be increased carrier delays and delayed shipping times.
