Removal of items will occur by appointment on Monday, May 22nd between 10:00am and 5:00pm. This is the only day to pick up your items - we are unable to accommodate late pickups as this is a private property. Winning bidders are responsible for safely loading and removing all of their items, so please bring a vehicle of adequate size and necessary packing materials and/or straps for safe removal. We will not have any packing material onsite for you to use. Inspection by appointment only on the afternoon of Friday, May 19.

This is a large property with several gates and roads throughout. Please follow the posted K-Bid signs closely. Gates you need to pass will be open on pick-up day.

Payments accepted: Cash or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. There are no late pickups for this auction. Payment is always required during the removal period.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
No shipping is available for this auction. All items must be picked up in person during the scheduled removal time.
