The certificate of Authenticity is personally signed and contains the fingerprint of Red Skelton. In addition, this painting was exclusively sent out to Red Skelton to be hand signed by him for our client, who was the purchaser of the this item. The original purchase price when purchased in 1997 was $1050.00. We have the CERTIFICATE of AUTHENTICITY FOR YOU AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT FROM THE ADDI GALLERY IN LAS VEGAS, NV. WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ITEM TO BE SENT TO MR. SKELTON FOR HIS SIGNATURE, AND THEN SENT TO THE HOME OF THE BUYER.
VERY IMPORTANT IMFORMATION: SOME OF THE FURNITURE IS VERY LARGE, SOME OF THE DOORS ARE VERY SMALL, SOME OF THE TURNS TO GET OUT THE DOOR ARE VERY SHARP. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ADEQUATE HELP TO TURN SOME OF THESE ITEMS ON THEIR SIDES AND TO MANUEVER AROUND THE TIGHT CORNERS TO GET THEM OUT THE DOOR. NO LABOR ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE, YOU MUST GET THEM OUT OF THE HOUSE ON YOUR OWN.
