The pick up date for items won in this auction is Friday, February 27th, 2015 between 9am and 1pm. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY DURING THOSE TIMES, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER BIDDERS AND DO NOT BID. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: WE OFFER NO GUARANTEE WHATSOEVER. Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping: If you need your purchase shipped from this auction, please email Troy (troy@everydayshipping.com). Please include the name, location of auction, bidder number, phone number and brief description of items to pickup. You can also forward your email auction bidder receipt which has all the info Everyday Shipping needs. Everyday Shipping generally makes one pickup per week at each location. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a Paypal email invoice for shipping.
