The storage unit MUST be cleaned out by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Buyer is responsible for cleaning out the unit in its entirety in order to get the $250 clean out fee refunded.
Unit MUST be cleaned out by 5/12/23 at 5:00 PM.
Please bring help. There will be nobody available on-site to aid you in loading the items into your vehicle(s).
When we've received confirmation that the unit is cleaned out, you will be refunded the $250 Clean Out Fee.

- With Jewelry, the hallmark found on the piece is what we go by in our descriptions. We are not jewelers and will not be responsible for items that are incorrectly marked.
- With vehicles, a ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues. Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of this item before bidding. As with all used vehicles, any vehicle sold on auction by Southern Minnesota Auctions may come with typical used vehicle issues, including minor mechanical issues and past due maintenance. By placing a bid on this auction you agree to abide by these terms.

Loadout
Loadout times are only as listed.
Failure to pay for and pick up items by the end of the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is not available on this auction.
For this auction, we are only accepting credit card payments through K-BID.
