Buyers must bring any assistance needed as well as their own tools or equipment necessary to aid with the transport and removal process. A.L.A. is not responsible for damages during removal.
Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit cards, PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders, or personal checks under $100 with valid ID.
Unpaid items at the removal deadline will be deemed "no-show" and abandoned. A.L.A. cannot guarantee item availability past the removal deadline and cannot accommodate alternate removal times. A.L.A. is not liable for missing items after the scheduled removal.
A minimum $20 transfer-relocate fee applies to authorized removals outside scheduled times. For refunds due to improper listings, items must be returned within one week of removal. Adjustments cannot be made once sellers are paid. This is an auction, not a retail store.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the winning bidder upon full payment. If a winner pays but doesn't collect assets by the removal deadline, assets are considered abandoned and ownership reverts to A.L.A.
By leaving the auction site, the buyer confirms all items were properly loaded and releases A.L.A. from any missing item claims.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Many items in this auction may not be economical for shipping. Shipping is limited to items under $1,000 via SpeeDee Delivery, UPS, USPS, a freight carrier, or in-house carrier.

We only ship within the continental USA. We'll try to combine multiple items for better shipping value. The minimum fee ($15-$25) covers standard packages and labor. Large or heavy items may require palletizing at an additional fee, and buyers must arrange their carrier for pallet shipments.
For expedited shipping, contact A.L.A. at (763) 346-0384 before bidding. We ship once per week, so packages may take up to a week to be picked up by the carrier.
Unpaid items by the removal deadline will be deemed "no-show" and abandoned. Paid items not picked up by the removal deadline will become property of A.L.A. If you are worried an item will cost too much to ship, check BEFORE you bid.
Once a bid is made you are responsible to pay for shipping or pick the item up even if it costs more to ship than you expected!
