**At time of winning and bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder.
If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets by the end the scheduled removal, the assets will be considered abandoned and ownership with risk of loss, will transfer to A.L.A.
**Items NOT PAID by the end of the scheduled removal will be considered as "no-show" and abandoned.
A.L.A. can not guarantee the availability for items not picked up by the removal deadline.
**Buyer is responsible for loading, rigging and transporting their own items.
To aid in the removal process, buyer is responsible for providing their own:
**A.L.A is unable to accommodate alternate removal times outside those designated for the auction, please do not ask.
**If you are unable to pick-up your items within those designated, send someone to pick-up for you, or simply do not bid.

Auctioneer, Asset Liquidation Auctions, and / or removal location owner are not liable for any damages during removal.
**We do our best to accurately describe all items, but we are human and something may get overlooked.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case.
If we feel a refund is in order, the item(s) in question must be returned to us within one week of removal.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).
Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.
Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.
Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.
At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.
Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

All shipping requests MUST be made a MINIMUM of 1 hour PRIOR to the scheduled end time on the day of the auctions removal.
All auction invoices MUST be PAID online PRIOR to making a request for shipping.

A NEW form is required for EACH and EVERY auction you would like shipped. You can NOT submit one request for multiple auctions.
All requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.
After our Shipping Department receives each request, a shipping invoice will be issued via email through SQUARE and will specify the auction(s) it pertains to.
The shipping invoice will provide you with the name of the auction as well as the shipping and handling fees to ship the item(s) for the auction.
We will do our best to combine auction shipments to provide you the lowest possible rate.
AFTER the separate shipping invoice has been PAID, your request will then be processed for shipment.
We ONLY ship ONE day per week.
If your shipping invoice is paid prior to the weekly shipments cut off, we will do our best to get your items out at that time.
Unpaid shipping invoices or delays in paying your shipping invoice may put your items on the next weeks shipment.
There can be an 8-10 day lead time From the time a request is made until the carrier picks up the packages and activates the tracking number.

Shippable items are limited to items fitting into a box where the average sized individual can conveniently lift and prepare for shipment without needing assistance as well as within the guidelines set by our carriers.
If your item is too large or too heavy, we will NOT ship it. This is where we ask you to use common sense based on the information provided in the previous paragraph.
WE only SHIP within the continental USA while BASED ON SpeeDee Delivery, UPS, USPS, A Freight Carrier or OUR IN HOUSE CARRIER and are GENERALLY limited to those valued UNDER $1000.00).

The $20.00 minimum shipping fee, covers most standard size packages, within most delivery areas, as well as the time and labor required to prepare for shipment.
Larger or heavier packages may be eligible to secure on a pallet for an additional fee of $25.00 or higher, Plus shipping fees. At which time, the BUYER would be responsible to make arrangements AND PAY the carrier for their pallet shipment (Spee Dee LTL is a good service).
