Known Issues -
- This unit has sat unused for the last 3 years.
-- All Slide-outs need repair.
Back passenger side one works but is a little out of alignment.
Back drivers side one goes out part way and stops.
Drivers side large front slide out hasnt been used for many years.
- Awnings are rotted from sun and age and would need to be replaced.
- Ladder on the back has a couple screws missing
- Rubber molding/seal on one back window needs to be fixed
Unless you are a good handyman, this unit will need slide-out repair from a dealer which will likely cost a couple thousand dollars. But beyond
that, a good wash and wax should get you going down the road.

Any items not removed by 5 days after the pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items.
