Late Removals/Storage Fee's: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $25 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date that is not set up before removal period.
If item needs to be transported back to our shop from an onsite auction it is an additional automatic $25.00
A $75 weekly storage fee will apply to any purchases not picked up on the stated removal date. Any Items left at our facility over 2 weeks without prior approval to auction end will be deemed forefited

While we will help try to go through the claim process if there are shipping damages, It is the buyers liability if an item gets damaged. If the claim is covered by the shipping insurance Prairie Auction & Sales will then refund the cost of the item back to you any additional cost over the claim coverage and the initial shipping cost will not be covered by Prairie Auction & Sales LLC.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
