Removal will occur from our location at 755 Prior Ave. N, St. Paul, MN 55104 - Suite 235A. We are located on the first floor. Parking can be found in the Blue Lot or in the gravel lots across the street.
Please, DO NOT park in the Yellow Lot or any of the reserved parking spaces in the Blue Lot. Security will ask you to move your vehicle before you can get your items.

Payments accepted: Cash or credit card (CC only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000.
No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of Loon Estates.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $20 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payment is always required during the removal period.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
We do not provide in-house shipping. If you need items shipped, you must arrange your own pick-up and shipping of items. Items still need to be picked up and removed during scheduled removal days.
To have items shipped, please follow these instructions:
1. After the auction, pay your invoice online from your bidder dashboard.
2. Arrange your own pick-up and shipping of the items you have won.
3. Email info@loonestates.com with your intention to have your item(s) shipped. Include your bidder ID and items you've won, as well as when the shipper is planning to pick up the items.
