Tables and chairs, restaurant equipment, supplies, cleaning scrubbers, Walk-in Coolers, electrical safety switches, Lots of Stainless tables, Roof Top Heating and Air Conditioning units, many items were replaced in 2018 and then Covid hit and it didnt get used very much. Floor scrubber and extractor, water heater, Kinetico water softener system. Bid high bid often, everything goes!!
This building will be torn down so everything in it must go. Gas, power, water has all been turned off to the building.
Buyers will be responsible for disconnecting and removing all equipment.
Bring your own 2 wheelers, dollies etc.
If we have to help you move or disconnect it will be an extra $20.
We will have a forklift in the parking lot to load on your truck or trailer once you get it to the back door.

Items that are not PAID with a credit card over the phone or other means by the end of the pickup date(s) will be considered no show and abandoned We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders. We have a forklift on site and will help you load larger items. STJ is not liable for any injuries or damage during removal. At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss or damage passes immediately to the bidder. Remember this is an auction, not a retail store.
IF YOUR INVOICE IS LESS THAN $75 I WILL NOT MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE WAREHOUSE FOR YOU TO PICKUP AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY.
Any items not removed by 5 days after the pickup day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refund will be given for these items.

Removal day is not an inspection day.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
