***Recently we sold a Minnesota State Flag**** - our policy always was to run a Debit/Credit Card with one transaction following Shipping Fees - unfortunately the person that purchased the flag - had a Debit/Credit Card that did not go through...the phone number was no longer active and the email bounced back. We were out a total of $35+ (cost of flag plus handling and shipping fees) -- and to retain our integrity -- we paid that total out of OUR pocket to the Consignor. This person has the Flag - and took advantage of our trust. THEREFORE: We now will Run 2 transactions - One with the cost of the Item and Handling - and One with the Shipping Cost - prior to the actual Shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause others. If your card goes through for one transaction - but not for the other - the item will NOT be shipped until this has been corrected.***

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
