Bidding

Read our detailed descriptions thoroughly! We have done our best to represent our items as accurately as possible, so please keep that in mind when placing your bids. As with all auctions, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to bidding. Items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Unless otherwise noted, all items on this auction have been previously owned and are considered used unless specifically listed as NEW or NEW OLD STOCK. Please keep in mind: Pickup day is NOT inspection day.

It is your responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase.

Euipment was not tested or turned on by a member of the Southern Minnesota Auction Staff. Condition was provided to us by the seller. If it states an item was working at the time of disconnection, it DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfect or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not generate purchase orders. If you need an invoice number for your purchase, it will be in the upper right hand corner of your invoice under the bar code. Merchandise must be paid in full before the end of the auction load out in order to remove items from the premesis.

If you are unable or unsure if you'll be able to pick up or pay for your items at the close of the auction, please do not bid.

If you have specific questions about a certain lot or would like more information, don't hesitate to contact us at 507-508-5334 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday or email us any time at auctions@surplusmn.com. We prefer text messages vs. voicemails. Calling after hours may result in a message stating we're not available and the call will be disconnected with no opportunity to leave a voicemail.

Loadout

Loadout times are only as listed.

Failure to pay for and pick up items at the listed load out time--whether deterred by weather, ill health, malfunctioning transportation, family emergency, act of God/Buddha/SpongeBob, or scheduling conflicts--will result in your account being marked as a no-show and will put your bidding privileges with K-BID in jeopardy. We suggest someone else pick the items up for you in case you can't make it.

FOR AUCTIONS NOT HELD AT OUR FACILITY:

There is no alternative date or time for picking up your items. Oftentimes, there is a timeline we need to follow to get the assets off the property and we do not have the flexibility to meet you at alternative times or dates, especially if the auction is a distance of more than 10 miles from our facility. You can have someone else come pick your items up. You may also refrain from bidding.

A skid loader will be available for help loading large equipment.

Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. Check the auction description to see if there is heavy equipment available to assist with loading. The Auctioneer, Southern Minnesota Auctions Inc., and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.

Failure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.

It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure any and all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site.

Items that are not paid for by the end of the loadout date will be considered no show and abandoned. This will jeopardize your bidding status with K-BID.

Items that have been paid for and not picked up by the end of the loadout date will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.
